How we handle confidential records
From pickup through digitization, confidential material needs careful handling and clear ownership.
Documented manifests and box identification connect the physical original with the digital output.
Each customer gets a separate, isolated environment with its own application and database. Customer records are not stored in a shared database.
Originals are never designated for destruction without your authorization. Certificates are provided by the shredding partner.
The infrastructure described here is a proposed deployment design, not a completed security certification. Separate infrastructure for each customer is the intended launch configuration. Security controls must be verified before customer onboarding.
